观察酸枣、山楂、葡萄三种果汁的延缓衰老作用。方法:连续11周给大鼠皮下注射过量D-半乳糖,建立衰老模型,同时分别灌胃给予酸枣、山楂、葡萄三种果汁,观察三种果汁对D-半乳糖拟衰老模型的影响。结果:本实验所用浓度下,灌胃酸枣汁、山楂汁和葡萄汁可分别使D-半乳糖所致大鼠脑MDA含量降低157.2、260.4和159.9nmol/g脑重。三种果汁可分别使D-半乳糖所致的大鼠脑MAO-B活性降低1.40、2.29和2.43U/mg蛋白。三种果汁还能抵抗D-半乳糖所致大鼠皮肤羟脯氨酸含量的减少,灌胃酸枣汁、山楂汁和葡萄汁的大鼠皮肤羟脯氨酸的含量比D-半乳糖组平均高0.94、1.55和1.00μg/mg皮肤。结论:酸枣、山楂、葡萄三种果汁可能对脑老化,皮肤老化及机体衰老有一定的延缓作用。
Observed jujube, hawthorn, grapes three kinds of fruit juice anti-aging effect. Methods: Rats were injected subcutaneously with D-galactose for 11 weeks. The aging model was established. At the same time, three kinds of jujube, hawthorn and grapes were orally gavaged. The effects of three juices on D-galactose-induced aging model were observed. Results: At the concentrations used in this experiment, the jujube juice, hawthorn juice and grape juice instilled decreased the brain MDA content of rat brain caused by D-galactose by 157.2, 260.4 and 159.9nmol / g respectively. Three juices reduced the MAO-B activity of rat brain by D-galactose by 1.40, 2.29 and 2.43 U / mg protein, respectively. Three kinds of fruit juice can also resist the decrease of hydroxyproline content in rat’s skin induced by D-galactose. The content of hydroxyproline in the skin of rats fed with jujube juice, hawthorn juice and grape juice is higher than that of D-galactose group High 0.94, 1.55 and 1.00 μg / mg of skin. Conclusion: The three juices of jujube, hawthorn and grapes may delay the aging of the brain, the aging of the skin and the aging of the body.
