针对Q345A低合金高强钢板试样人为引入三种典型形状的焊缝,采用X射线衍射法无损测试其残余应力水平及分布状态,并将测试结果与基于边界元方法的有限元仿真结果进行了比较。结果表明,相对于传统的机械应力释放法,X射线法对应力的敏感性强,适于测试焊接件微小区域内的残余应力,且测量精度相当高;另外该无损测试方法操作简便快捷,为便携式移动无损测试提供了很好的选择。
Three Q345A low-alloy high-strength steel samples were artificially introduced into three kinds of typical weld, X-ray diffraction method was used to test the residual stress level and distribution, and the test results were compared with the finite element simulation results based on the boundary element method . The results show that compared with the traditional method of mechanical stress release, the X-ray method is sensitive to stress and suitable for testing the residual stress in the tiny area of the weldment, and the measurement accuracy is very high. In addition, the nondestructive testing method is simple and quick, Portable mobile non-destructive testing provides a good choice.
