首次针对输电网规划的动态特性,提出了基于集对层次分析法的输电网规划动态综合评判方法。该方法首先建立清晰的层次结构,通过层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标权重,其次将时间序列引入到集对分析理论(SPA)中使其动态化,并计算方案各阶段的相对贴近度,再根据各阶段的时间权重,计算方案的综合贴近度。算例表明,该方法很好地解决了输电网规划的动态综合评判问题。
According to the dynamic characteristics of transmission network planning for the first time, a dynamic comprehensive evaluation method for transmission network planning based on set-pair AHP is proposed. Firstly, the method establishes a clear hierarchy, determines the weight of each index through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), introduces the time series into the SPA to make it dynamic, calculates the relative closeness of each stage of the scheme, According to the time weight of each stage, calculate the overall closeness of the program. The example shows that this method solves the problem of dynamic comprehensive evaluation of transmission network planning.
