磁力驱动泵依靠二组磁钢驱动,磁钢间用隔离套隔开。在泵中只有静密封而没有转轴密封,可以无泄漏地输送强酸、强碱等强腐蚀性介质。本文介绍CSB 型塑料磁力驱动泵的研制。泵壳和叶轮材料为聚三氟氯烯、泵头采用部分流泵水力模型,整体筒形磁钢材料为铁氧体,隔离套厚度1.5毫米。磁钢的传动力矩决定于气隙中磁场强度B 磁极敷和气隙大小,可用麦克斯威的吸力公式计算力矩.
