目的从个人自评和夫妻关系互动2个层面,了解精神障碍患者的婚姻关系现状。方法 2014年10月—2015年2月,采用婚姻调适测验(MAT)、婚姻满意度量表(ENRICH)和婚姻健康测验(MHT)对108名精神障碍患者及99名患者的配偶进行问卷调查。结果精神障碍患者与配偶在婚姻调适、婚姻满意度、男对女满意度、女对男满意度、默契程度和角色互动的得分分别为(70.29±23.52)、(69.60±21.75)、(32.49±8.47)、(33.39±7.71)、(137.10±14.92)、(137.54±17.02)、(130.69±12.43)、(127.07±12.15)分,均低于正常人群的(83.67±18.44)、(36.35±6.76)、(145.47±15.19)、(145.03±15.01)、(136.42±13.27)、(133.00±13.44)分(均P<0.001);女性患者的婚姻调适、婚姻满意度的得分分别为(64.37±4.17)、(30.74±1.68)分,均低于其男性配偶的(69.26±4.04)、(34.60±1.21)分(均P<0.05);强迫障碍患者的配偶婚姻满意度为(38.38±6.28)分,高于焦虑障碍患者的(30.70±7.42)分(P<0.05),强迫障碍患者的男对女满意度为(146.31±8.46)分,高于抑郁障碍、焦虑障碍和精神分裂障碍患者的(136.75±15.70)、(136.89±14.10)、(125.03±14.60)分(均P<0.05),焦虑障碍患者的女理解男程度、男理解女程度的得分分别为(144.77±19.73)、(142.87±18.21)分,均高于强迫障碍患者的(125.64±10.00)、(124.58±10.64)分(均P<0.05)。结论精神障碍患者的婚姻关系差于正常人群。
Objective To understand the status quo of marriage between patients with mental disorders from the two aspects of personal self-evaluation and interaction between husband and wife. Methods From October 2014 to February 2015, 108 spouses of mental disorders and 99 spouses were surveyed by means of MAT, MARR and MHT. Results The score of interaction between mental patient and spouse was (70.29 ± 23.52), (69.60 ± 21.75) and (32.49 ±) respectively in marital adjustment, marital satisfaction, male to female satisfaction, female satisfaction with male, degree of understanding and role interaction. 8.47), (33.39 ± 7.71), (137.10 ± 14.92), (137.54 ± 17.02), (130.69 ± 12.43) and (127.07 ± 12.15), respectively, which were lower than those in the normal population (83.67 ± 18.44) and (36.35 ± 6.76) (145.47 ± 15.19), (145.03 ± 15.01), (136.42 ± 13.27) and (133.00 ± 13.44), respectively (all P <0.001). The scores of marital adjustment and marital satisfaction in female patients were (64.37 ± 4.17 ), (30.74 ± 1.68) points lower than those of male spouses (69.26 ± 4.04) and (34.60 ± 1.21) points respectively (all P <0.05). The spouse marital satisfaction of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder was 38.38 ± 6.28 (30.70 ± 7.42), respectively (P <0.05). The male-female satisfaction rate of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder was (146.31 ± 8.46) points higher than that of patients with depressive disorders, anxiety disorders and schizophrenia 136.75 ± 15.70), (136.89 ± 14.10) and (125.03 ± 14.60) points respectively (all P <0.05). The score of female understanding male and female male understanding degree of anxiety disorder were (144.77 ± 19.73) , (142.87 ± 18.21) points higher than those of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (125.64 ± 10.00) and (124.58 ± 10.64) points respectively (all P <0.05). Conclusions Patients with mental disorders have a worse marital relationship than normal people.
