目的研究紫珠Callicarpa pedunculata枝地上部分的化学成分。方法运用硅胶柱色谱及Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法分离紫珠地上部分的化学成分,通过理化常数和MS,1H-NMR和13C-NMR等波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从紫珠枝叶中分得13个化合物,分别鉴定为香树素(β-amyrin,1)、齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,2)、高根二醇(erythrodiol,3)、熊果醇(uvaol,4)、乌索酸(3-hydroxy-12-ursen-28-oic acid,5)、3-oxo-12-ursen-28-oic acid(6)、3β,19α-dihydroxy-12-ursen-28-oic acid(7)、坡模酮酸(pomonic acid,8)、2β,3β,19α-trihydroxy-12-ursen-28-oic acid(9)、槲皮素(quercetin,10)、槲皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,11)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,12)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,13)。结论化合物3~8均为首次从紫珠中分得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the branches of Callicarpa pedunculata. Methods Silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were used to separate the chemical constituents from the aerial parts of the pearl. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical constants, MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from the branches and leaves of Beauveria bassiana and identified as β-amyrin (1), oleanolic acid (2), erythrodiol (3), arbutin 3-oxo-12-ursen-28-oic acid (6), 3β, 19α-dihydroxy-12-ursen -28-oic acid (7), pomonic acid (8), 2β, 3β, 19α-trihydroxy-12-ursen-28-oic acid (9), quercetin Quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (11), β-sitosterol (12) and daucosterol (13) Conclusion Compounds 3 ~ 8 were obtained from the purple beads for the first time.
