以女装品牌直营终端为研究对象,运用了专家访谈、实体终端调研的方法,建立女装终端销售业务流程指标体系,并基于模糊数学的思想,结合企业实际决策者在进行属性权重判断过程中的主观能动性,得出服装终端销售业务流程指标的综合权重排序.最后采用问卷的形式对所得结果实用性进行检验,证明本权重排序对终端规范化管理及销售培训有很好的借鉴意义,对服装企业提升品牌竞争力具有指导意义.
