1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料急性脑血管病并发多器官功能衰竭(MOF)56例,其中男性37例,女性19例,年龄45～85岁,平均62.14±12.32岁。脑梗死6例:颈内动脉系统梗死4例,椎基底动脉系统梗死2例;脑出血43例,其中基底节出血18例,丘脑出血11例,脑干出血6例,脑叶出血和原发性脑室出血各3例,小脑出血2例,蛛网膜下腔出血7例。所有病例均合并有一种以上的慢性病史,如高血压病、冠心病、
1 Clinical data 1.1 General information 56 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with multiple organ failure (MOF), including 37 males and 19 females, aged 45 to 85 years, mean 62.14 ± 12.32 years. Cerebral infarction in 6 cases: 4 cases of internal carotid artery infarction, 2 cases of vertebrobasilar infarction; cerebral hemorrhage in 43 cases, including 18 cases of basal ganglia hemorrhage, 11 cases of thalamic hemorrhage, 6 cases of brainstem hemorrhage, Sexual ventricular hemorrhage in 3 cases, 2 cases of cerebellar hemorrhage, 7 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage.
