目的:探讨电热恒温箱在CT增强扫描时预防和减少副反应发生的作用。方法:4440例增强CT患者分为两组,其中一组采用对比剂加热后注射,另一组为室温注射,比较两组副反应发生率。结果:未加热组2010例中发生不良反应121,占6.02%;加热组2430例中,发生不良反应5例,占0.21%,不良反应发生率显著低于未加热组(P<0.01)。未加热组中1例发生严重过敏反应。结论:对比剂加热有助于预防不良反应。
Objective: To investigate the role of electric thermostat in preventing and reducing the occurrence of side effects during enhanced CT scanning. Methods: 4440 patients with enhanced CT were divided into two groups, one of which was injected with contrast heating and the other was injected at room temperature. The incidence of side effects was compared between the two groups. Results: In the unheated group, adverse reactions occurred in 121 cases (121%), accounting for 6.02%. Among the 2430 cases in the heating group, 5 cases (accounting for 0.21%) had adverse reactions and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the unheated group (P <0.01). One patient in the unheated group developed a severe allergic reaction. CONCLUSIONS: Contrast agent warming helps prevent adverse reactions.
