基于对过去五年里战略管理学会(Strategic Management Society)年会主题,以及管理学会年会(Academy of Management AnnualMeeting)企业战略(BusinessPolicy and Strategy)学科的研讨专题的分析,对战略管理学科近五年研究的新话题和新视角及其趋势进行了探讨,并对我国战略管理学科研究的任务进行了展望。研究发现,战略管理研究的新话题和新视角源于学术界从下面三个因素对企业战略管理的挑战和对现有战略管理的重新认识:①21世纪企业经营环境的总体特征及其演变;②近期发生的重大事件与重大环境变化;③企业组织的新特征及其演变。我国战略管理学科未来研究话题的选择除了考虑上述因素外,还要考虑中国面临的国际环境、中国内部的经济发展、中国企业现阶段的特征以及中国与国际学术研究接轨的要求等因素。
Based on the analysis of the theme of the annual meeting of the Strategic Management Society in the past five years and the seminar topics of the Business Strategy and Strategy of the Academy of Management Annual Meeting, the subject of strategic management has been in the past five years. The new topics, new perspectives and trends of the research were discussed, and the tasks of research on strategic management disciplines in our country were prospected. The study found that the new topics and new perspectives of strategic management research stem from the challenge of the academic community in the academic world and the re-understanding of existing strategic management from the following three factors: the overall characteristics of the business environment in the 121st century and its evolution; 2 Recent major events and major environmental changes; 3 New characteristics of enterprise organizations and their evolution. The future research topics of China’s strategic management discipline will not only consider the above factors, but also consider factors such as the international environment China faces, the economic development within China, the characteristics of Chinese companies at the current stage, and the requirements for Chinese and international academic research.
