采用有限元非线性算法 ,通过增加相区移动边界条件 ,对 2 0钢工件的低温渗碳二维浓度场进行了模拟 ,其中扩散系数与碳浓度之间的关系采用了Agren表达式。在模拟结果的基础上 ,进一步讨论了渗碳温度对低温两相区渗碳浓度场的影响。
The finite element nonlinear algorithm was used to simulate the low-temperature carburizing two-dimensional concentration field of 20 steel workpiece by increasing the moving boundary conditions of the phase region. The Agren expression was adopted for the relationship between the diffusion coefficient and the carbon concentration. Based on the simulation results, the effect of carburizing temperature on the carburizing concentration field in low temperature two-phase zone is further discussed.
