我没有写过公文,我想一个公文的制订过程应该是由起草始,接着领导审核、付印、校对而后送出。一般文件如此;急件、密件更应如此,特别是像工资办法这样重要的文件更不应马虎。河南局一九五五年民工工资办法草案,应该指出是很潦草的。很简单的一本草案六个表中的统计就错了三十六处。帮宽计算用的算式,不是式子错,就是得数不对。
