采用配有微波感应等离子发射鉴定器的气相色谱同步模拟蒸馏技术和其他近代物理分析方法,对多种含硫原油中间馏分及其加氢脱硫产物进行了硫化物分布和结构特征分析。并讨论了这些馏分中各种硫化物的加氢反应活性,研究结果叶含硫原油可加工性评价,含硫原油各种中间馏分的加氢脱硫过程工艺条件选择和反应器设计具有实际指导意义。
The gas chromatography simultaneous simulative distillation with microwave inductively coupled plasma atomic emission detector and other modern physical analysis methods were used to analyze the distribution and structural characteristics of sulfides in various sulfur-containing middle distillates and their hydrodesulfurization products. The hydrogenation reactivity of various sulfides in these fractions was discussed. The results showed that the evaluation of workability of leaf sulfur-containing crude oil, the selection of process conditions and the design of reactor for the hydrodesulfurization of various middle distillates of sour crude oil have practical guiding significance .
