目的:探讨左旋甲状腺素联合硒酵母对桥本甲状腺炎患者galectin-3表达及甲状腺功能的影响。方法:选择我院于2014年1月至2015年11月期间收治的106例接受手术治疗的桥本甲状腺炎患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各53例。对照组行口服左旋甲状腺素片治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗方案基础上予以口服硒酵母联合治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果和治疗前后FT3、FT4、TSH、TG-Ab、TPO-Ab水平和galectin-3表达情况以及不良反应发生率等进行比较观察。结果:观察组FT_3和FT_4水平显著高于对照组,TSH、TG-Ab和TPO-Ab水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的galactin-3表达阳性率和染色指数均显著低于治疗前,且观察组治疗后的galactin-3表达阳性率和染色指数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗过程中均无明显不良反应发生,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.05,P=0.99)。结论:采用左旋甲状腺素联合硒酵母治疗桥本甲状腺炎疗效确切,能够显著降低galectin-3表达,改善患者甲状腺功能和免疫功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of levothyroxine plus selenium yeast on galectin-3 expression and thyroid function in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. METHODS: A total of 106 Hashimoto’s thyroiditis patients undergoing surgery in our hospital from January 2014 to November 2015 were selected as study subjects. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 53 cases in each group . The control group received oral levothyroxine treatment, and the observation group received oral selenium yeast combination therapy on the basis of the control group treatment. The clinical efficacy and FT3, FT4, TSH, TG-Ab, TPO- Ab levels and galectin-3 expression as well as the incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results: The levels of FT_3 and FT_4 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the levels of TSH, TG-Ab and TPO-Ab in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The galactin-3 The positive expression rate and the staining index were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the positive rate and staining index of galactin-3 in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The treatment course There was no significant adverse reaction in the difference was not statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 0.05, P = 0.99). Conclusion: The treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with levothyroxine and selenium yeast is effective and can significantly reduce the expression of galectin-3 and improve thyroid function and immune function in patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
