本文是有源RG滤波器的综述。近十几年来,有源滤波器迅速发展,日益成熟。实现了单片集成,达到实用阶段。本文首先讨论了级联法实现高阶有源RC滤波器。一个高阶的转移函数可分解为二阶函数的积,每一个二阶函数用一个二阶电路实现,然后将这些电路级联起来实现总的转移函数。文中介绍了各种二阶节函数及多种二阶电路,包括正增益VCVS赛伦—凯电路,无限增益,多重反馈电路,状态变量电路和根据一般阻抗变换器(GIC)原理实现的两运放的双二阶电路。也讨论了各种电路的灵敏度特性。
This article is an overview of active RG filters. In the past ten years, active filters have developed rapidly and are becoming more and more mature. Monolithic integration, to achieve the practical stage. This paper first discusses the cascaded method to achieve high-order active RC filters. A higher-order transfer function can be decomposed into products of second-order functions. Each second-order function is implemented by a second-order circuit, which is then cascaded to achieve the total transfer function. In this paper, a variety of second-order section functions and a variety of second-order circuits are introduced, including the positive gain VCVS Sai-Kai circuit, infinite gain, multiple feedback circuits, state variable circuits and two-stage operation based on the general impedance converter (GIC) Put double second order circuit. The sensitivity characteristics of various circuits are also discussed.
