目的探讨非洲欠发达地区患者全身麻醉(全麻)手术后恢复期的护理经验。方法对非洲卢旺达(RWANDA)东方省卫生部直属的基本古省医院(KIBUNGO HOSPITAL)收治的58例接受全麻手术患者的恢复期进行密切观察,并采取有效的护理措施,总结分析护理经验。结果 58例患者,在全麻恢复期给予针对性的观察及护理工作,患者均在血压、呼吸平稳,意识清楚、情绪稳定的情况下转送回病房。所有患者中有1例因躁动将气管导管自行拔出,2例发生苏醒延迟,未出现因护理原因而产生并发症。结论加强非洲欠发达地区全麻术后患者的针对性观察及护理,可以提高麻醉恢复期的安全性,及时发现术后并发症,对保障援外医疗手术的质量、安全具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the nursing experience of patients undergoing general anesthesia (anesthesia) recovery after surgery in underdeveloped areas of Africa. Methods The recovery period of 58 patients undergoing general anesthesia admitted to Kandaung Hospital directly under the Ministry of Health of RWANDA in Rwanda, Africa was closely observed and effective nursing measures were taken to summarize and analyze nursing experience. Results Fifty-eight patients were given targeted observation and nursing care in convalescence of general anesthesia. All patients were transferred to the ward under the condition of stable blood pressure, stable breathing, clear consciousness and emotional stability. One patient in all patients had tracheal catheter self-recovery, and the delayed recovery was found in 2 patients. No complications occurred due to nursing care. CONCLUSIONS: Intensified observation and nursing of post-general anesthesia patients in underdeveloped areas in Africa can improve the safety of anesthesia recovery and find out the postoperative complications in time. It is of great significance to guarantee the quality and safety of foreign aid medical operations.
