提出了计算具有大偏心度的同轴腔体内的场分布数值计算方法。利用算例对该方法与基于有限元方法的软件HFSS进行了比较。结果表明:在计算低阶模式时,两种方法所计算的结果具有很好的一致性,但现提出的方法所需的CPU时间及内存均远小于软件HFSS;而且,对于HFSS在PC机条件下难以计算的诸如频率达上百吉赫兹(GHz)和TE28,16,1之类的高阶模式,提出的方法却仍然有效。
The calculation method of field distribution in a coaxial cavity with large eccentricity is proposed. An example is given to compare this method with the HFSS based on the finite element method. The results show that the calculated results of the two methods are in good agreement when calculating the low-order mode, but the time and memory required by the proposed method are far less than the software HFSS. Moreover, for the HFSS on PC Under difficult computations such as high-order modes, such as frequencies up to hundreds of gigahertz (GHz) and TE28, 16, 1, the proposed method is still valid.
