Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in order to strengthen the management of training work for overseas labor services, improve the construction of overseas labor service training centers and improve the quality of training. Article 2 The term “overseas labor service training” as mentioned in these Provisions refers to all kinds of labor personnel (including trainees, seafarers and service trainees) sent by enterprises that have the right to contract labor services with other countries.
