人才是事业单位实现社会效益、经济效益的核心因素,是事业单位自我成长的重要资本,也是事业单位增强活力的源动力。但是近年来随着改革开放步伐的不断发展,市场经济体制的不断转变,地质勘查单位在人才的开发与管理上遇到了很多问题,迫切需要在实践中加以解决,。因此,本文就地质勘查单位人才开发与管理所面临的困难进行探究并提出解决策略。
Talent is the key factor to realize the social and economic benefits of public institutions, is an important capital for self-growth of public institutions, and is also the source impetus for public institutions to enhance their vitality. However, in recent years, with the continuous development of the reform and opening up and the continuous transformation of the market economy, geological exploration units have encountered many problems in the development and management of talents and are urgently needed to be solved in practice. Therefore, this paper explores the difficulties faced by the geological exploration units in the development and management of talent and proposes solutions.
