人力资源管理是一门实践性很强的应用性学科,教学的目的是为了学生能够掌握理论和技能,在实际应用中解决我国企业面临的人力资源管理问题。传统的授课式教学不应该是这门课程主要的教学方法,我们必需重视改进我们的课堂教学方法。文章首先提出目前大学的人力资源管理的教学过程并没有真正摆脱传统教育模式的问题,然后通过调查分析获取了大学生对人力资源管理课程教学方法的看法并提出了改进人力资源管理教学方法的几点建议。
Human resources management is an applied subject with strong practicality. The purpose of teaching is to enable students to master theories and skills, and to solve the human resource management problems faced by Chinese enterprises in practical applications. Traditional classroom teaching should not be the main teaching method of this course. We must pay attention to improving our classroom teaching methods. The article first proposed that the current teaching process of university human resources management does not really get rid of the traditional education model, and then through the survey and analysis obtained the views of college students on the teaching methods of human resources management and put forward some suggestions for improving human resources management teaching methods.
