摩擦系数的测定和分析对当今节能和节材的方针具有重要意义。文章指出,由于古典摩擦定律存在着一定的局限性和不确切性,因而对摩擦系数物理意义进行重新分析很有必要。本文通过一系列金属材料的摩擦试验所测得的摩擦系数值及其变化规律,提出了对摩擦系数物理意义的补充,认为尽快地制订摩擦系数测定标准和建立摩擦系数数据库来代替追求统一数学计算的模型是切合实际的,并指出了摩擦系数只有靠实测来确定的方向。
The measurement and analysis of the friction coefficient is of great importance to today’s guidelines for energy saving and material saving. The article points out that due to the limitations and uncertainties of classical friction law, it is necessary to re-analyze the physical meaning of friction coefficient. In this paper, a series of frictional values of metal material friction test and its variation, proposed the physical meaning of the friction coefficient added, that as soon as possible to develop friction coefficient measurement standards and the establishment of a friction coefficient database instead of pursuing a unified mathematical calculation The model is realistic and points out that the coefficient of friction can only be determined by actual measurement.
