在新教材的要求下,教师要知道能力比知识更重要,教师要理解教材所体现的理念与思想,做到“形散而神不散”。教育的目标之一就是要帮助学生学会使用有效的学习策略。在我们的日常教学中,往往会忽略这的学习策略的重要性。把学生的成绩差归纳为学生能力本身就差,而实际上事实不是如此。学生个体都有无穷的发展潜力。教师不能缺少发现潜力的品质。实际上,老师交给学生学习的方法与习惯才是学生重要的终生受益的。个体的自学能力有助于课堂教学工作的开展。加强学生自学习惯的培养,将直接影响课堂教学效果。 At the request of the new textbook, teachers should know that abilities are more important than knowledge. Teachers should understand the concepts and thoughts embodied in the textbook so that they can be shaped and dispersed. One of the goals of education is to help students learn to use effective learning strategies. In our daily teaching, we often overlook the importance of this learning strategy. To summarize the poor grades of students as poor students’ abilities is, in fact, not the case. Individual students have unlimited potential for development. Teachers can not lack the quality to discover potential. In fact, the methods and habits that teachers give students to study are the students’ important lifelong benefits. Individual self-learning ability helps to carry out classroom teaching. Strengthening students’ self-learning habits will directly affect the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
