当今社会环境动态多变,组织要想保持高效运作仅仅依靠决策层的思考已远远不足,亟需各方面的共同努力,现基于个体特征与情境特征两个视角,以某国企员工为分析对象,采用问卷法考察传统价值观对员工建言的影响。对168名员工的研究发现,传统价值观各维度与建言行为之间存在或强或弱的相关关系,其中传统价值观各维度与抑制建言之间的关系又受到组织支持的负向调节影响,即随着组织支持感的增强,这种关系会缓解与减弱。
