目的探讨血液病患者静脉全血标本网织红细胞各参数随常温下静置时间延长而改变的情况。方法采集65例血液病患者静脉全血标本10mL,分成5份,每份2mL,于室温22~28℃静置保存,分别于采血后2、5、8、11和24h应用ADVIA2120血球仪检测网织红细胞各参数,并进行比较。结果采血后2、5、8、11和24h时网织红细胞血红蛋白含量(reticulocyte hemoglobin content,CHr)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);采血后24h时低荧光网织红细胞百分比[(86.45±8.73)%]较采血2h时[(82.89±8.05)%]增高,未成熟网织红细胞百分比[(14.64±9.67)%]较采血2h时[(18.01±11.17)%]降低(P<0.05);采血后8h时中荧光网织红细胞百分比[(13.47±5.81)%]高于采血2h[(12.04±6.70)%]时、24h时[(10.93±6.68)%]低于采血2h时(P<0.05);采血后8、24h时高荧光网织红细胞百分比[(4.45±3.62)%、(3.71±2.81)%]均低于采血2h时[(5.97±4.47)%](P<0.05);采血后5、8、11和24h时平均网织红细胞体积[(94.42±7.30)、(95.68±7.52)、(95.80±7.47)、(97.80±8.22)fL]、网织红细胞百分比[(1.69±1.30)%、(1.71±1.34)%、1.82±1.41)%、1.56±1.29)%]均高于2h时[(88.24±21.20)fL、(1.45±1.44)%];采血后5、8、11h时网织红细胞数量[(52.25±38.81)×109/L、(53.74±38.91)×109/L、(56.65±40.95)×109/L]较采血2h时[(46.10±33.54)×109/L]增高(P<0.05)。结论常温下随静置时间延长,血液病患者静脉全血标本网织红细胞参数除CHr外均会发生改变。
Objective To investigate the changes of parameters of reticulocytes in venous blood samples of patients with hematological diseases with prolonged standing time at normal temperature. Methods Sixteen venous blood samples were collected from 65 patients with hematological diseases and divided into 5 doses of 2 mL each. The samples were stored at 22-28 ℃ at room temperature. The blood samples were collected at 2,5, 8, 11 and 24 h after blood sampling. Reticulocytes parameters, and compared. Results There was no significant difference in the reticulocyte hemoglobin content (CHr) at 2, 5, 8, 11 and 24 h after blood collection (P> 0.05). The percentage of low remitting red blood cells at 24h after blood collection [(86.45 ± 8.73)%] were higher than that of 2h after blood sampling [(82.89 ± 8.05)%], the percentage of immature reticulocytes was (14.64 ± 9.67)% lower than that of 2h after blood sampling (18.01 ± 11.17)% ) Was lower than that at 2h after blood sampling at 8h ([(10.93 ± 6.68)%] at 8h after blood sampling ([13.47 ± 5.81]%] (4.45 ± 3.62)%, (3.71 ± 2.81)%] at 8 and 24 hours after blood sampling were significantly lower than those at 2 hours after blood sampling [(5.97 ± 4.47)%], P <0.05 ); Mean reticulocyte volume at 5, 8, 11 and 24 h after blood sampling [(94.42 ± 7.30), (95.68 ± 7.52), (95.80 ± 7.47), (97.80 ± 8.22) fL], reticulocyte percentage [ (1.69 ± 1.30)%, (1.71 ± 1.34)%, 1.82 ± 1.41%, 1.56 ± 1.29%] were higher than that of 2h [(88.24 ± 21.20) fL, 1.45 ± 1.44% (52.25 ± 38.81) × 109 / L, (53.74 ± 38.91) × 109 / L, (56.65 ± 40.95) × 109 / L] (46.10 ± 33.54) × 109 / L] (P <0.05). Conclusions With the prolongation of resting time at room temperature, the parameters of reticulocyte in venous blood samples of patients with blood diseases will change except CHr.
