以~3H-TdR释放法和效靶细胞结合试验检测程控冻存前后单个核细胞(MNC_(?))中NK细胞杀伤活性。结果当效靶细胞比例为20∶1、60∶1、100∶1时,程控冻存后即刻、冻存7天和冻存30天的MNC(?)中NK细胞杀伤活性与冻存前无显著性差异,冻存复苏后早期效靶细胞结合率降低,在预培养12小时左右恢复至冻存前水平。以间接免疫荧光法检测冻存前后MNC_(?)中heullb、leul9阳性细胞亚群百分率无显著差异。
The cytotoxic activity of NK cells in mononuclear cells (MNC_ (?)) Before and after programmed cryopreservation was detected by ~ 3H-TdR release assay and target-cell binding assay.
