进入新时期以来,得益于我国经济社会高速增长,建筑工程作为重要的建设内容而迎来了历史发展良机。然而受到近些年随着市场工程量逐渐下降、行业新进企业不断增多等因素所影响,目前建筑企业的单项工程经济利益已经出现了较大幅度的下滑,因而如何在这样的背景下提升经济效益已经成为建筑工程行业急需解决的首要难题。建筑工程预算作为指导整个项目资金使用的重要内容,预算的准确性与否在很大程度上影响着企业经济效益。对此,本文将基于笔者多年的建筑工程预算管理实践,首先从论述提高其预算准确性所具有的作用着手,随后在此基础上重点探究出一些提高建筑工程预算准确性的措施,以期在最大程度地提高建筑工程预算准确性的基础上保障企业实现最优的经济效益。
