加工番茄是我区的特色农作物,由于得天独厚的自然条件,加工番茄色泽鲜艳,番茄红色素和可容性固性物含量较高,番茄加工制品颇受国际市场青睐。但由于生产季节的限制和目前主栽品种87—5的特性限制,加工番茄成熟期过于集中,因而造成加工企业难以消化。为改变这一现状,除在种植上采取早、中、晚熟品种搭配开以外,应采用温室穴盘育苗进行大田移栽的办法促使番茄提前成熟,提前供给加工番茄
Processing tomato is a characteristic crop in our region. Because of the unique natural conditions, bright color of processed tomato, high content of tomato red pigment and soluble solid content, processed tomato products are very popular in the international market. However, due to the limitation of the production season and the limitation of the characteristics of the current main variety 87-5, the mature tomato processing stage is too concentrated, which makes the processing enterprise difficult to digest. In order to change this situation, in addition to planting early, middle and late-maturing varieties with open outside, greenhouse seedling transplanting should be used for field transplanting approach to promote early maturity of tomatoes, early processing of tomato
