引言过去计算轴系横向振动临界转速时,一般都是采用近似法,而且一般只能求得一阶临界转速,但某些高速轴系二级以上的临界转速也在工作转速范围内,必须充分注意。有的方法为计算简单,用轴系后面靠近螺旋浆的三个艉轴轴承的一段轴计算,略去了轴系前端的数个跨距,而且由于推导频率方程的方法欠妥当,增加了额外解,会导致计算错误。因此,为较准确地求得轴系工作转速范围内的各阶临界转速,就要用电子计算机直接求得轴系运动微分方程的精确解。本文将推导出适于用电子计算机计算轴系各阶横向振动临界转速的计算式。
Introduction In the past, when calculating the critical speed of lateral vibration of shaft system, the approximation method was generally adopted and the first-order critical speed was generally obtained. This article will derive a formula that is suitable for calculating the critical speed of transverse vibration of each shaft of a shaft system by using an electronic computer.
