将前期从泰山林地腐殖土中筛选到的纤维素降解菌C2菌株接种到蚕沙中进行堆肥腐熟试验,通过检测堆肥过程中堆体的温度、含水率、pH值、总有机碳含量、全氮含量、碳氮比和物理性状等指标的变化以及堆肥处理种子的发芽指数,评价供试菌株C2对蚕沙堆肥腐熟的促进作用。试验组与对照组在堆肥过程中的堆体温度、含水率、总有机碳含量、碳氮比和种子发芽指数等均存在显著差异,添加C2菌株后能够提高堆体温度和延长高温期,有助于降低堆体含水率,促进有机质的分解,增加全氮含量,降低碳氮比和提高种子发芽指数。分别用试验组第17天、第29天的堆肥处理种子,其发芽指数分别达到53.14%和81.24%,说明第29天的堆肥已完全腐熟。另外,试验组堆体的物理性状明显好于对照组。试验结果表明,蚕沙堆肥添加C2菌株能加快蚕沙的腐熟进程,提高堆肥的质量。

In addition, the physical properties of the experimental group pile was significantly better than the control group. The results showed that adding silkworm compost C2 strain can accelerate the decomposition process of silkworm excrement and improve the quality of compost.
