T120、T150推土机松土器液压缸的高压油路,原设计液压油由换向阀进入液压管(硬管)、经左右分流座而供给液压缸上或下腔。因管路长、弯曲部位多,管路压力损失较大,且安装、调整不便,分流座的结构复杂、体积大,阻挡增力器的注油和检修。1983年我们对此作了如图示的改进,取消了左、右分流座,将加工好的管接头焊在管1、2上,高压软管4、5的两头装可换管接头,分别与硬管和液压缸相接。改进后的松土器管路系统较原系统减少了37个零件,维修、调整、更换方便,使用效果良好。

We removed the left and right diverter seats and welded the finished pipe joints to the pipes 1, 2 and the high pressure hoses 4 and 5 were fitted with replaceable pipe joints. Connect with hard tubes and hydraulic cylinders. The improved ripper pipe system has reduced 37 parts compared with the original system. The repair, adjustment, and replacement are convenient and the use effect is good.
