员工培训作为企业长期投资的一个关键已经被很多企业所认可,但是很多企业对于培训的有效性缺乏实施力度,导致培训流于形式,员工培训满意度很低。本文从培训计划制定,培训课程设计,培训评估执行,员工职业生涯设计等方面探讨了企业员工培训满意度提高的几点措施,以求员工培训能真正落到实处,有效改善员工绩效,从而提高企业竞争力。
Employee training as a key to long-term investment has been recognized by many enterprises, but many enterprises lack the effectiveness of training to implement, resulting in the training flow in the form of low staff satisfaction. This article discusses several measures to improve the employee training satisfaction from the aspects of training plan formulation, training curriculum design, training evaluation execution, staff career design and so on, so that staff training can really fall into place and effectively improve staff performance so as to improve Company competitiveness.
