目的:建立UPLC测定云实皮中二氢红花菜豆酸苷和(±)原苏木素B含量的方法。方法:采用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×150 mm,1.7μm),以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速0.3 mL·min-1,检测波长266 nm,柱温45℃。结果:二氢红花菜豆酸苷、(±)原苏木素B分别在0.497~79.6 mg·L-1(0.999 8),1.50~240 mg·L-1(0.999 9)有良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率为100.9%(RSD 1.9%),99.89%(RSD 1.8%)。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于评价云实皮药材的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of safrole and (±) hematoxylin B in the fruiting bodies of UPLC by UPLC. Methods: The mobile phase was eluted with ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column (2.1 mm × 150 mm, 1.7 μm) with a gradient of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid at a flow rate of 0.3 mL · min-1 with a detection wavelength of 266 nm and a column temperature of 45 ° C. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between safranin and (±) hematoxylin B in the range of 0.497 ~ 79.6 mg · L-1 (0.999 8) and 1.50 ~ 240 mg · L-1 (0.999 9) The recoveries were 100.9% (RSD 1.9%) and 99.89% (RSD 1.8%). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and can be used to evaluate the quality of the medicinal materials.
