GLARE层板是高级飞行器结构中使用的新型纤维金属层板,它的使用给航空工业材料发展注入新的血液。本文回顾了纤维金属层板的发展历程,介绍了GLARE层板种类及制造方法,着重分析了GLARE层板的基本力学性能、抗冲击性能、挤压性能、疲劳性能、缺口剩余强度和环境耐久性,检测和修理的相关内容亦有所介绍。总结已有的GLARE层板相关性能研究进展,提出了GLARE层板研究领域需要解决和关注的若干问题,包括基本力学性能实验、裂纹增长预测与模拟、高温高湿情况下损伤处剩余强度研究等。
The GLARE laminate is a new fiberglass laminate used in advanced aircraft structures, and its use injects new blood into the development of aviation industry materials.
