很多教师在演示蛋白质性质的实验时,感到盐析实验成功率极低,在演示过程中观察不到蛋白质的凝聚。有的教师认为可能是所用的硫酸铵溶液的浓度不够大而改用固体硫酸铵,但效果仍很不好。笔者经过多次反复实验,发现根本不用改变教材上的实验方案,只需改进实验操作的技巧,一般都会成功,而且实验现象明显。现将操作技巧介绍如下:
Many teachers felt that the success rate of salting out experiments was very low when demonstrating protein-like experiments, and that protein aggregation was not observed during the demonstration. Some teachers believe that the concentration of ammonium sulfate solution used may not be large enough and use solid ammonium sulfate, but the effect is still very poor. After repeated experiments, the author found that there is no need to change the experimental program on the textbooks. Only the skills of the experimental operations need to be improved.
