在长宁—威远国家级页岩气示范区,部分页岩气井在压裂改造中出现了套管变形问题,直接影响了页岩气水平井储层改造的完整性,进而影响页岩气单井产量的提高[1],为此考虑到套管变形严重,无法继续采用电缆泵送大通径桥塞及射孔联作工艺进行剩余井段的体积改造[2],本文探讨了适合威远地区页岩气井体积压裂的模式,提出了在套变井段采用暂堵体积压裂的工艺技术与实现方法,现场试验增产效果良好,为四川威远页岩气的高效开发提供了强有力的技术保障。
