【摘 要】近年来,我国正在加快长输管线的建设。长输管线经常要穿越公路、铁路等地面设施,传统的方法用液压千斤顶将套管顶进土层,再用人工方法将套管里的土掏出,这种方法费工费时,并且存在一定的安全风险。泥水盾构机顶钢套管技术,避免了上述人工掏土的不足,并提高了施工效率。本文根据本人的现场施工实践,简述泥水盾构机顶套管施工方法的工作原理和操作要点。

【Abstract】In recent years, China is speeding up the construction of the long pipeline. Often long-distance pipeline to cross the road, rail and ground facilities, the traditional method of the casing into the top soil with a hydraulic jack, then artificial means in the casing soil pulled out, this approach time and labor, and there is a certain security risks. The top of the steel casing of the slurry shield machine, to avoid the lack of artificial dig soil, and improve the efficiency of construction. According to my on-site construction practices, briefly slurry shield machine top casing construction method works and operating points.

1. 前言
在榆林——济南输气管道工程线路19标段采用泥水盾构机顶管方法,克服了常规顶管的缺点。以105国道穿越为例:主管线为610×12.5mm,材质为X52,钢套管914×14.3mm;穿越长度60m,地质结构为粉质粘土。由于其土质较软,采用常规先顶后掏的顶管方法容易造成路面塌陷,且平均长约12m一根的钢套管,用常规顶管方法需要切割分段,顶进后需重新焊接加长,施工进度缓慢。采用泥水盾构机顶管,钢套管无需切割,而且钢套管的前端安装切削刀盘,旋转刀盘切削泥土,随注入的循环泥浆带出,无需人工掏土,60m长的顶管仅用了3天时间,提高了施工效率,保证了施工人员的安全。本文介绍泥水盾构机顶管工艺原理及施工要点。
