欧盟是将核心素养纳入教育体系发展战略国际领导者,联合国教科文组织及其成员国等已将体育教育发展学生核心素养的独特价值和潜在路径进行了理论和实践方面的探索。基于这一背景,运用文献资料等方法对基于核心素养理念框架下的高校公共体育网络教学设计思路进行了探讨。研究认为,核心素养理念的基本理念的基本逻辑包括激发学生体育学习的潜力、培养终身体育学习的意识和提升学生体育学习的能力,高校公共体育网络教学具有移动性、个性化和交互性特征。对核心素养理念下的高校公共体育网络教学设计思路包括培养学生体育学习意识、创设学生体育学习情景、建立体育互助学习平台和整合体育教学学习资源。
The EU is an international leader in integrating core competence into the development strategy of the education system. UNESCO and its member states have made theoretical and practical explorations on the unique values and potential paths of the core qualifications of PE students. Based on this background, this paper discusses the design ideas of public sports network teaching in colleges and universities under the framework of core literacy theory through the use of literature and other methods. The study suggests that the basic logic of the basic concept of core literacy concept includes the potential of stimulating students ’physical learning, cultivating the awareness of lifelong physical education and enhancing students’ ability of physical education. The network teaching of public physical education in colleges and universities has the characteristics of mobility, personalization and interaction. The idea of network design of college public sports network under the concept of core literacy includes cultivating students ’awareness of sports learning, setting up students’ sports learning scenarios, establishing a sports mutual aid learning platform and integrating sports teaching and learning resources.
