汉防已甲素系双苄基喹啉类生物碱,它具有广泛的药理作用,临床上曾用来治疗高血压、肿瘤及各种神经性疼痛。远年来发现汉防已甲素(以下简称汉甲素)还具有抑制矽肺胶元的生物合成,阻止矽肺病变的发展,但长期给药后会引起肝、肾等实质细胞的一定损伤。本文从亚微结构水平重点观察汉甲素治疗后,矽肺猴肝、肾的形态学改变。
Hanfangsaltine is a bis-benzylquinoline alkaloid that has a wide range of pharmacological effects and has been used clinically to treat hypertension, tumors, and various neuropathic pain. In the past years, it has been found that Hancancin A (hereinafter referred to as ginnermin) also inhibits the biosynthesis of silicosis and prevents the development of silicosis. However, long-term administration may cause certain damage to the parenchymal cells such as liver and kidney. This article focuses on the morphological changes of the liver and kidney in the lungs of silicosis monkeys after focusing on the observation of the sub-microstructure level.
