南引工程通过引渠、南引水库和107km的泄水渠流入松花江。工程始建于七十年代后期，八十年代竣工通水。后因工程标准低、管理等多种因素，工程未能发挥应有的经济效益和社会效益。文章对南引工程现状进行了调查分析．提出了积极的改革建议。
The South Approach Project flows into the Songhua River through diversion channels, South-diversion reservoirs and 107km of drainage channels. The project was founded in the late seventies, completed in the eighties water. After the project standard low, management and other factors, the project failed to play its due economic and social benefits. The article investigates and analyzes the status quo of the south lead project. Proposed positive reform proposals.
