为研究旧水泥混凝土路面加设传力杆带来的综合效应,对某高速公路路面缩缝加设传力杆,并修筑了不同方案的试验路,测试表明:未加设传力杆缩缝的传荷系数为0.2~0.4,加设后提高到0.7~1.0,传荷能力提高了2倍~5倍;直接受荷板的平均挠度值从0.587mm降到0.331mm,减少约1.8倍。通过ANSYS有限元建立旧水泥混凝土路面缩缝加设传力杆的三维模型,分别对已断板和未断板的5种缩缝设计方案进行的模拟对比,研究表明:旧水泥混凝土路面缩缝断面加设8根传力杆,直径28mm,间距26cm是比较经济合理的,缩缝加设传力杆将会产生很大效益,为确定经济、合理的改造设计方案提供理论依据。
In order to study the comprehensive effect brought by the addition of dowel bar on the old cement concrete pavement, a dowel bar was added to the contraction joints of a highway and a test road of different schemes was built. The test shows that: Of the load transfer coefficient of 0.2 to 0.4, after the increase to 0.7 to 1.0, the load carrying capacity increased by 2 times to 5 times the direct load plate deflection from 0.587mm to 0.331mm, a decrease of about 1.8 times. The three-dimensional model of dowel bar was built by ANSYS finite element method to simulate the shrinkage of old cement concrete pavement. Five kinds of shrinkage joint design schemes were compared and analyzed respectively. The results show that: Cross section with eight dowel bars, diameter 28mm, spacing 26cm is more economical and reasonable, plus the dowel bar will produce great benefits, in order to determine the economic and rational design of transformation provides a theoretical basis.
