本文借助多元统计中的主成分分析原理[1][2][3][4][5][6],对我校教师教学质量评估结果进行探讨,从而解决了将存在相关关系的多指标转化为单一指标的综合评分问题,为教学质量评估与教学管理的科学化提供了可靠的理论依据.
In this paper, the principle of principal component analysis in multivariate statistics is used to explore the assessment results of teachers’ teaching quality in our school so as to solve the problem that there will be multiple indicators The conversion of the comprehensive score into a single indicator provides a reliable theoretical basis for the teaching quality assessment and the scientific management of teaching.
