目的 研究粘着斑激酶 (FAK )在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达及其与肿瘤细胞分化、浸润、转移等生物学行为的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学ABC法检测 75例胃癌及癌旁组织石蜡标本中FAK蛋白的表达水平。结果 FAK在癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁组织 ,低分化癌组织较高分化、中分化组织中FAK的表达高 ,有淋巴结转移的组织较无转移的表达高 ,浸润程度越深表达越高。结论 FAK可能既是 1种转化相关酶又是 1种演变相关酶。FAK的表达量可作为肿瘤发生、发展过程中 1种较有价值的病理指标。
Objective To study the expression of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) in gastric cancer and its adjacent tissues and its relationship with biological behaviors such as differentiation, invasion and metastasis of tumor cells. Methods Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the expression of FAK protein in 75 cases of gastric cancer and para-cancerous tissues. Results The expression of FAK in carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissue. The expression of FAK in well differentiated and differentiated tissues was higher than that in paracancerous tissues. The expression of FAK in tissues with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in non-metastatic tissues. high. Conclusion FAK may be a kind of transformation-related enzyme and a kind of evolution-related enzyme. FAK expression can be used as tumor occurrence and development of a more valuable pathological indicators.
