对动力协调陀螺仪中的新型一体化挠性接头件进行了有限元分析,从其刚度与结构参数的关系出发对影响挠性接头刚度的关键尺寸进行了考察。论证了一体化挠性接头结构设计的合理性,为实现其一体化设计与生产提供了理论依据。
The finite element analysis of the new integrated flexible joint in the power coordination gyroscope was carried out. Based on the relationship between the stiffness and the structural parameters, the critical dimensions that affect the stiffness of the flexible joint were investigated. The rationality of the structural design of the integrated flexible joint is demonstrated, which provides a theoretical basis for the realization of its integrated design and production.
