A good exercise should have vitality, be able to reflect the concept of the new curriculum, be able to guide students to learn, be able to train students’ thinking, be able to serve new courses, and avoid the kind of purely “thinking game” type problems that are separate from reality. This article tries to proceed from the three dimensions of the curriculum objectives and do some research on the design choices of physical exercises. The main points are as follows: First, physics exercises should come from life, and the physical phenomena in life in society should be fun and interesting.
