区域技术创新能力是区域经济可持续发展的标志。文章认为,技术创新是实现经济增长方式由粗放型向集约型转变的关键,因此技术创新是区域经济竞争力提高的根本保障。
Regional technological innovation ability is the symbol of sustainable development of regional economy. The article holds that technological innovation is the key to realizing the transformation of the mode of economic growth from extensive mode to intensive mode. Therefore, technological innovation is the fundamental guarantee for the regional economic competitiveness.
