目的分析16层螺旋CT尿路造影(MSCTU)技术在泌尿系病变诊断的价值。方法对37例患者的肾脏、输尿管、膀胱行16层螺旋CT平扫、增强及CTU(排泄期成像)检查,并进行二维多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)、容积再现技术(VR)、最大密度投影(M IP)等图像后处理,评价其诊断病变的价值。结果37例中,正常9例,结石21例,先天性发育异常3例,肾肿瘤2例,手术导致输尿管狭窄2例。28例异常诊断患者中26例经临床手术证实,术中所见与多层螺旋CT显示的病变部位、形态、大小均一致。结论多层螺旋CT尿路造影是泌尿系统一种理想的检查方法,应根据病变情况选择不同的图像后处理技术。
Objective To analyze the value of 16-slice spiral CT urography (MSCTU) in the diagnosis of urologic lesions. Methods Thirty-seven patients underwent 16-slice spiral CT scan of the kidney, ureter and bladder. The CT scan and excretory imaging were performed. Two-dimensional multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), surface reconstruction (CPR) VR), maximum density projection (MIP) and other image post-processing, evaluation of the value of the diagnosis of lesions. Results Among the 37 cases, 9 were normal, 21 were stone, 3 were congenital dysplasia, 2 were renal tumors and 2 were ureteral strictures. Twenty-eight cases of abnormal diagnosis were confirmed by clinical operation. The location, shape and size of the lesions showed by the intraoperative findings and multi-slice spiral CT were the same. Conclusions Multi-slice spiral CT urography is an ideal method of urinary system examination. Different image post-processing techniques should be selected according to the lesion.
