新庄油田随着采出程度的提高,边水推进速度加快,汽窜程度加剧,吞吐效果变差。部分井层间差异大边水单相突进严重,实施氮气助排和调剖等措施无效,吞吐效果较差.通过对区块产状及影响因素的分析,实施了氮气辅助热处理新技术,同时合理优化注汽组合,动态调整参数等综合治理对策,抑制边水推进,减小了边水对油井产量的影响,有效的提高了区块采收率。
Xinzhuang Oilfield with the increase of mining, edge water to accelerate the speed, steam channeling degree intensified, the throughput effect worsened. Some of the well layers had large single-phase sudden water breakthrough, and the measures such as nitrogen drainage and profile control were ineffective and the throughput was poor. Through the analysis of production status and influencing factors, a new nitrogen-assisted heat treatment technology was implemented, meanwhile, Rationally optimize steam injection portfolio, dynamic adjustment of parameters and other comprehensive management measures to inhibit the promotion of edge water, reducing the edge water on the impact of well production, effectively improve the recovery rate of the block.
