颈深部感染合并纵隔脓肿是一种发展迅速的致死性疾病,死亡率高达40%~50%〔1〕。我科成功救治1例颈深部感染合并纵隔脓肿患者,现报告如下。1病例报告患者,女,49岁。1周前出现咽痛伴发热,体温39.0℃。应用头孢呋辛钠1.5g,每日2次,静脉滴注4d,症状缓解不明显。近2天患者张口受限,偶感憋气,左侧颈部肿胀明显,皮肤红肿,于2007年6月13日急诊入院。入院查体:T 37.1℃,P 82 Cervical deep infection with mediastinal abscess is a rapidly developing fatal disease, the mortality rate as high as 40% to 50% 〔1〕. Our department successfully treated 1 case of deep cervical infection with mediastinal abscess, are as follows. 1 case report patients, female, 49 years old. A week ago with sore throat fever, body temperature 39.0 ℃. Application of cefuroxime sodium 1.5g, 2 times a day, intravenous infusion 4d, symptoms were not significantly alleviated. In the past 2 days, patients with limited mouth opening, feeling occasional suffocation, left neck swelling significantly, skin irritation, in June 13, 2007 emergency admission.
