随着中国改革开放的深入,尤其是加入WTO以来,外企不断进驻国内,学习外语的人数与日俱增,社会对复合型外语人才的要求也越来越高,而以传统教育模式培养的外语人才已难以满足新的市场需求。本文在分析目前外语专业学生就业现状的基础上,结合江浙地区数所高校外语专业课程设置情况,指出了其不足之处,并为课程设置改革提出了一些建议。 With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, especially since its accession to the WTO, the number of foreign-funded enterprises that have been stationed in the Mainland continuously increases, and the demand for compound foreign language talents in the society is also getting higher and higher. However, it is hard for foreign-language professionals trained by the traditional education model Meet new market needs. Based on the analysis of current employment situation of foreign language majors, this paper points out the shortcomings of the foreign language majors in several universities in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces and puts forward some suggestions for the reform of curricular reform.
