职业性和实践性是职业教育区别于其他教育最显著的特征,为了提升中高职学生的职业技能和职业素养,职业院校联合行业企业积极开发和建设实训资源体系。但目前校企合作的形式常常流于表面,学生通过校内外实训,并不能掌握对口岗位需要的职业技能和方法实现“零距离”就业。本文从“产教融合”的角度,对中高职衔接教育中实训资源的整合进行研究,并提出优化建议。
Vocational and practical characteristics of vocational education is different from other education most prominent features, in order to enhance vocational skills and vocational qualifications of vocational students, vocational colleges and joint ventures and enterprises to actively develop and build training resources system. However, at present, the form of cooperation between schools and enterprises is often superficial. Students can not acquire the vocational skills and methods they need to meet their posts through employment training both inside and outside the school. From the perspective of “integration of production and teaching”, this paper studies the integration of training resources in the cohesion education of higher vocational colleges and puts forward some suggestions for optimization.
